Old man on a bike rode by about 9am and dropped the bag and rode off onto Shell st. I figured it was a homeless person that would come back for their stuff in a bit. I just checked to see if the bag was still there and it is COVERED in flies. I grabbed aome disposible gloves and checked the bag and it is full of trash!
