Per Gerald with Code Enforcement:
Upon further review I do not believe this is a code enforcement issue. It appears the semi-truck is parked on private property, in turn blocking designated spaces for the patrons entering the shopping center. I've added a note to the lagan case disclosing the reporting party's phone number from our prior interaction.
