This is just not right that it is allowed to happen. It's not right that these awful vehicles and inhabitants are allowed to just move from street to street. This stuff needs to be impounded, taken off the streets and destroyed.

Well another week gone by having to look at this eyesore of an abandoned vehicle on I Street 3033 I Street to be exact. Seems like it is The Dumping grounds for all these people that aren't willing to dispose of their unwanted vehicles in the proper manner, and losing those expensive up to us in the community to absorb. Help County of Sacramento Phil Serna District 1 supervisor that has been by before and photographed shopping cart little piles of junk and even a boat that was abandoned and then posted them on 311. So if this could be forwarded to the supervisor for the County of Sacramento responsible for this District 1 boundary North Highlands.

Our neighborhood is absolutely being invaded by these abandoned vehicles, people living in these old vehicles that they tow street to street and homeless setting up camp in the fields and on our streets. (And by the way getting way more aggressive because they know there are no consequences). Without exception in all of these circumstances piles of garbage and trash are being left in our neighborhood. What is happening???

Okay where is the county in all of this??? This abandoned unregistered vehicle has been here almost a month now and it is a nuisance visually on top of people come by and vandalize it regularly. What can we do about rectifying this problem Phil Serna are County supervisor

Phil Serna is totally indifferent to his constituents here on the Eastern border of District 1 that he has pretty much full control over issues like this one........Now this vehicle has has the wheels removed from it making it to transport all that much more difficult for the entrepenuer that will be contracting for a minimum fee to clear this vehicle off the street.
