A. Construction at 4408 #1 and #3Greenholme Dr, Sacramento, Ca 95842 done without permits and by non licensed contractors. They husband and wife each own an unit. They tore down a fire barring wall and put a door way from the #1 unit that goes into the garage. They also have installed and laundry space in the shared garage and ran water pipes and did major electrical work by a non licensed contractor and tapped in to the HOA electrical in an unsafe way. They had no permits and living in the one of the units I'm fearful of a fire and my unit burning down.
