Description

This location looks pretty Rundown, disorganized and disrespectful to the Aesthetics of the North Highlands Community ... it looks as if there is some type of business operating dismantling vehicles and storing them to the open site of the public.
Let me see now...is this the Susan Peters side of the Watt Ave boundary or Phil Serna's.
