Once again owner of house at 4301 Dundalk CT Antelope 95843, is placing items in roadway causing obstructions to people trying to turn around in the court. He either places his garbage cans in the street, which I have reported on before or other items to keep neighbors or visitors from parking in front of his house. This also makes it difficult for drivers to turn around in the court safely.
